• Master Services Agreement
• Subscription Agreement
• Order Form
• Data Processing Agreement

Where such agreements exist they take precedence over these Terms.

You agree not to:

• violate any laws or regulations
• interfere with the security or operation of the Site
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• reverse engineer or decompile our software
• use automated scraping tools without permission
• transmit malware or harmful code
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights

All content, software, designs, and materials on the Site are owned by Keep Converting or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted except the limited right to access and use the Site in accordance with these Terms.

If you provide suggestions or feedback regarding our products or services you grant Keep Converting a perpetual worldwide royalty-free license to use such feedback.

Our Services may generate automated insights, recommendations, or experimental results using artificial intelligence technologies.

Such outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be evaluated before being relied upon for business decisions.

The Site may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or policies of those services.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS".

KEEP CONVERTING DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW KEEP CONVERTING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA.

TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100 UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED IN WRITING.

You agree to indemnify Keep Converting against claims arising from misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site if these Terms are violated or security risks arise.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement governing use of the Site unless superseded by a separate written agreement.
